Unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear, intimate apparel or fragrance once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty goods.

How to return an item

• Contact us with your order reference and the reason for return
• We will confirm the return address and provide instructions
• Send the item back in its original packaging

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the item. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
