These terms govern your use of the Dream Petals website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where the price was listed in error, or where we cannot deliver to your address.

Payment

Payment is arranged after order confirmation. Goods remain our property until payment clears in full.

Delivery and returns

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
