Packaging

Every order is dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the retailer.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Domestic: 2 to 4 business days
• Regional (GCC): 3 to 7 business days
• International: 7 to 14 business days

Tracking

A tracking reference is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duty or tax on arrival. Any such charge is set by the destination country and is payable by the recipient.
